No Returns:
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and, if verified, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellation:
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
